Sauteed shrimps

Ingredients:

1 ½ lb of tiger prawns
1 teaspoon of sugar
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp. of chili powder
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon of ground coriander 
½ teaspoon of dried oregano tea
Naimex Oils Garlic-infused extra virgin avocado oil  
1/2 lime

Preparation

  1. Scale, rinse and wipe off the prawns with a sponge.
  2. In a bowl, mix all spices and add the prawns. Coat well.
  3. In a hot skillet, cook the prawns in Naimex Oils garlic-infused extra virgin avocado oil until complete, cooking for about 10 minutes.
  4. Place cooked prawns on a plate and sprinkle with lime juice.
