Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
2 cup of chickpeas
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 ½ tbsp. of tahini (sesame paste)
1/2 cup of Naimex Oils extra virgin avocado oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
Makes a delicious snack for your lunches. You can also enjoy it as a dip or add it to your sandwiches and burgers.
