Ingredients:

1 cup of goat cheese
1 cup of ricotta
Pickled hot peppers, to taste
Pickled peppers, to taste
Green olives, to taste
Black olives, to taste
Pepper flakes 
Naimex Oils Garlic-infused extra virgin avocado oil  

Preparation:

  1. Mix the goat cheese and ricotta and place the mixture in the center of a plate.
  2. Garnish the cheese generously with hot peppers, bell peppers, black olives and green olives.
  3. Sprinkle with pepper flakes and add a small quantity of Naimex Oils Garlic-infused extra virgin avocado oil.

Now just add some good hot croutons. Your antipasto is now ready as an appetizer.
