Chocolate and Coconut Fudge

20 cubes

Ingredients :

  • 2/3 cup of melted Naimex Oil coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup of cacao powder
  • 2/3 cup of coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

 

Ingrédients optionnels

  • ½ cup of coconut sugar (for a sweeter version)
  • ½ cup pecan (for a pecan version)

 

Instructions :

  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a small pan, combine all the ingredients and heat over low heat and whisk until smooth
  3. When the mixture is smooth enough, pour into pan. Place in fridge and let set for 3 hours.
  4. When solid, cut the fudge in 20 cubic pieces.
  5. Store in fridge for a maximum of 2 weeks.
