Fresh mango and prawn salad

Ingredients
3 mangoes, cubed
1 lb. of northern prawns
2 tomatoes, diced
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1 Jalapeno pepper, cubed
1 red onion, diced
2 avocados, cubed
Juice from 2 limes
½ cup Naimex Oils extra virgin avocado oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook prawn in boiling water.
  2. In a bowl, put the mango, tomatoes, red onion, diced avocado and jalapeño pepper and the cooked northern prawns.
  3. Add the lime juice, Naimex Oils extra virgin avocado oil, salt and pepper. Mix everything together for a refreshing and healthy salad.
